Spruce School of Real Estate teaches the full 90-hour West Virginia real estate pre-licensing course in a classroom in Morgantown — three weeks, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Classroom sessions are scheduled once at least 15 students commit, so the waitlist on this page is how the next class gets on the calendar. The course is approved by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission and is the education you must complete before sitting the state licensing exam.
